Size, wood, finish and upgrades set the final number, and your written quote locks it in. See base prices, size charts and upgrades.
A deposit reserves your build slot and covers materials. The balance is due before delivery or installation.
Gates are installed by us, on posts we set.
Our gates are heavy, and a gate is only as good as what it hangs on. We set the posts ourselves and hang the gate on them. Existing posts may be used only if inspected and approved by Severed Roots in advance. Where we did not set the posts, we are not responsible for post-related issues including settling, leaning, sag or hardware failure, and any warranty covers the gate only. Post setting and installation are quoted with the gate.
