We take on a limited number of custom pieces at a time, so the earlier you reach out the better.
Custom commissions start at $2,500.
Custom entry gates typically run $6,000 to $15,000 depending on size, material and detail.
A deposit is required to start any commission. Balance is due before delivery or installation.
Gates are installed by us, on posts we set.
Our gates are heavy, and a gate is only as good as what it hangs on. We set the posts ourselves, to our own spec, and hang the gate on them.
Existing posts may be used only if inspected and approved by Severed Roots in advance. Where we did not set the posts, we are not responsible for any post-related issues including settling, leaning, sag or hardware failure, and any warranty covers the gate itself only.
Post setting and installation are quoted with the gate.
